Program Executive Office: Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) is a United States Army procurement office. == Overview == The Program Executive Office for Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T) provides U.S. Army Soldiers with the computer systems, radios and communications networks in support of combat operations. They develop, acquire and field to all Army units a range of products including specialized software applications, generators, radios, computers, servers and communications systems; and integrate these systems together so they function seamlessly; while providing on-site training and support for the systems deployed worldwide.〔http://peoc3t.army.mil/c3t/〕 Headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, the Army's Program Executive Office for Command, Control and Communications Tactical's (PEO C3T) capabilities and support staff reach warfighters at locations across the globe. The organization is responsible for six Project Management (PM)/Product Management (PdM) offices who play a key role in the design, acquisition, fielding and support of fully integrated and cost-effective C4ISR. Assigned to the organization is PM Mission Command (MC), Project Director Network Enablers (PD Net E), PM Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T), PM Tactical Radios and Cyber Operations and Defense.
